10KM Training Plans
10Km races have become very popular over the years and its a great step up for anyone that's currently doing 5km runs.
As an added bonus. 10Km races are fun to run and easy to train for. Unlike marathons, you don’t need to spend 16+ weeks training and recovery time is measured in days, not weeks.
Get the right training Plan!
If this is your first 10Km race then pick the beginners plan, also If you are an experienced 10Km runner and you would like a steady maintenance program, do the same.
If you currently run 5Km races and looking for more of a challenge, then you should consider the intermediate plan.
Experienced runners would probably be best suited to the advanced plan.
