Do I need a gym membership?

NO

All our exercises are scaled to body weight and can be done anywhere in the world, but if you have dumbells, kettlebells or resistance bands that would be an advantage.

Those with a gym membership can complete the workouts in the gym.​

I am totally  new to exercise will this program be suitable for me?
All our exercises are suitable for beginners to the most seasoned gym goer. All workouts are suitable for everyone.

Do I need to buy equipment?
All our exercises are scaled to body weight and can be done anywhere in the world, but if you have dumbells, kettlebells or resistance bands that would be an advantage.

How often do I need to workout during the 6 Week Body Transformation Plan?
We recommend 40 minute sessions 4 times a week.

During the 6 Week Body Transformation Plan we provide 3 Bootcamp sessions each week.
