Personal Trainer Stafford
About me
My passion for fitness began in 2000 when I joined the British Army at the age of 18. Having selected Infantry as my chosen route I had no option other than to push myself beyond my level of fitness at that time.
In 2007 whilst deployed on operations I was severely injured and I was restricted from doing any form of intense fitness for a good
9-12 months. In that time the weight piled on and I was at the heaviest weight I have ever been. Once I was given the all clear to return to fitness I gradually rebuilt my love for fitness and soon got back to a comfortable weight and back to a standard of fitness where I was happy.

Having left the military in 2013 I have continued with my love of fitness and in all honesty I do more now than when I was in the Army. I enjoy competing in 10K runs and half marathons. I also enjoy going to the gym most days, not only to get myself stronger and fitter but also to give clients inspiration. Not only do I have a passion for fitness hence why I established Health, Strength and Fitness, my family are also very active where we can be seen around Stafford running or enjoying a family bike ride.

As a Personal Trainer I conduct my personal training sessions around my clients goals and this can vary greatly from weight loss to weight gain, from runners just starting out to those wanting to take part in a full marathon. Every client is unique which is why their training programme should also be unique, none of my clients receive the same programme even if their goals are the same as a lot of the planning is dependent upon the clients motivation, ability and fitness level.
I push myself to achieve my own personal goals and I do the same with my clients where they are capable of more than they ever thought they would be.
